Following are the provisions relating to the terms and conditions: 

Screen arrangement of gifts and flowers: 

All kinds of flowers, gifts, and items of other categories that you see on your screen are for an expressive purpose. We always look forward to serving you the best by the way of improving our results and services. Thus, there might be events when the regular arrangement of these gifts and flowers be different on what it appears to you on the screen. This is especially in the context of flowers. Such a change in arrangement might be the result of the non-availability of the flowers that are visible on the screen. 

Substitution policy: 

During all the instances where our cakes, flowers, and other items remain unavailable, we make sure to deliver the best quality of such gift items at your doorstep which have an equivalent value. This is what we call our ‘substitution policy’. 

Non-availability of recipient: 

On the account of the absence of recipient or any representative on his behalf on the day of the delivery of the product, we might take the concerned request of all the items perishable in nature as delivered. In order to avoid all such circumstances, we make sure to make an appointment with the recipient of the product or his representative. This is done by the way of calling the recipient before delivering the product. 

Non-delivery of the products: 

We try our best in serving you with quick and reliable delivery of all the products ordered by you. However, we might not be able to deliver some products under certain circumstances. These circumstances are usually unmanageable or unforeseen on our part. In all such events, we make sure to give our customers the privilege of expecting a refund. We provide a 100 percent refund to all our customers on account of these events. 

Denial of the request: 

The administration of Gift Delivery Canada reserves all the rights to deny any request made by the customer. 

Cases and Disputes: 

All the cases involving delivery, non-delivery, claim for refund and any other issues associated with the services extended by Gift Delivery Canada are liable to the locale of (mention the name of the court). 

Cancellation made by the customer: 

In all such cases where the customer decides to cancel any order that has been placed by him/her earlier, he/she is kindly requested to contact the team at Gift Delivery Canada to initiate the request of cancellation. This should be done by the way of making a call to the Customer Care team. If the customer successfully manages to cancel the order within a period of 24 hours of the delivery of the product, he/she is expected to get a 100 percent refund within a week. 


We make sure to send to all our users and customers an email and notice about the arrivals of new schemes, discounts as well as offers available with us. The user may at any time opt-out of such email service by the way of sending a cancellation email to our team. 

Processing of the order: 

All the orders shall be processed as per the requirements and choice of the customers only. The orders which are available on our website shall be executed for delivery only after the customer gives a confirmation about the same. Such confirmation shall be treated as final.
