We provide only freshly baked cakes. Our chefs implement their own ways of baking the cake and adding toppings. You may find a minor difference in the shape and design of the products.
We calculate only a rough estimate of the delivery time. Depending on the product availability and the chosen destination, we try to deliver the product within the shortest time.
Due to their perishable nature, our cakes are delivered only once. It means we do not make a second attempt if you do not receive the cake during our first-time delivery.
We do not deliver the cake to your neighbor or other persons in your absence.
We do not use courier service for delivery. Our cakes are hand-delivered.
In some cases, we look for substitutions of designs or flavors due to regional or temporary unavailability of the chosen product.
Caring for the flowers and cakes
After the arrival of flowers, you can trim their stems. Sprinkle water into them.
Use clean water and a proper vase for storing flowers.
If some leaves are submerged in water, you should remove them. But, never pluck leaves above the water line.
Monitor the water level every day.
Your flowers should be away from direct sunlight and other sources of heat.
Spray water at times to keep flowers fresh
Store your cake in your refrigerator.
It is better to consume the cake a day after receiving it.
